for consideration SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL

SENATE BILL NO. 27(JUD)                                                        
"An Act relating to child visitation rights of                                
grandparents and other persons who are not the                                 
parents of the child."                                                         
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House                      
amendment.
